Limerick Triathlon Club (LTC) are hosting a 'Women in Triathlon' information evening on Fri 26th March at 19.00 in Kilmurry Hall, University of Limerick. The presentation will cover:
- Introduction to triathon
- How to train for your first triathlon and what's involved
- How to get involved with LTC
- Information on club training
- Meet other LTC female members
The overall aim of the evening is to promote the sport of triathlon to females and encourage participation. A number of female members from the club will be presenting as will Club Coach - Stephen Teeling Lynch.
