Group Activities
Many women comment that the most attractive element to them participating in group events is the support and the social dimension that this offers them.
Get a few friends together to train for a big event. It could be the women's mini marathon or an annual walk. You could raise money for your favourite charity in the process. There are many resources on the web to help you prepare.
You could try www.womensminimarathon.ie for inspiration and advice. There are also many organised training groups already in existence that you could also join.
Come to one of the "Come and Try" days featured in the events and news sections of our website. You can try a new activity, have a fun weekend and make new friends. You can even get yor own group of friends together to attend and make an annual event of it.
